Edoho-ukwa is a Project Management Professional Consultant and a Certified Blockchain Expert(CBE). He has over 25 years of progressive experience in Project Management which spans Information Technology, Healthcare, Entertainment, and Retail industries. He has background inmanaging infrastructure and application development project including managing 3rd party vendors.
He holds a bachelor’s degree (BBA) in Production and Operations Management from The University of North Texas in Denton Texas, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Strategic Management & Leadership from Amberton University, Dallas Texas. Mr. Edoho-ukwa, also holds a coveted Credential Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in USA and also holds a Certified Blockchain Expert (CBE) credential from Blockchain Council in USA.
Edoho-ukwa is a Capital Market Evangelist and has conducted several seminars and training on Stock Trading and Investing, Risk Management Strategies helping clients across all spectrum including USA, Nigeria, & UK.

Ekong J. Peters is currently an Associate Professor of Emergency Management and Homeland Security at Arkansas Tech University. He received his doctorate from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas, in Public Administration with specialization in Emergency Management. His Master of Urban Planning (M.U.P) is from Texas A&M, College Station, Texas, and his undergraduate degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) is from Prairie View A&M University, Prairie View, Texas.
Before being employed at Arkansas Tech University, Ekong taught at Tarrant County College District (TCCD), Fort Worth, Texas, and North Texas Central College at Gainesville, Texas. His research interest is studying organizational response to disasters, community preparedness, risk and vulnerability reduction, and business continuity. Ekong publishes widely in reputable academic journals and attends FEMA-EMI annual Higher Education Symposium at Emmitsburg,MD, and have opportunities to do in-person academic presentations at the symposiums. He has taught in traditional classroom and online. He is a member of the American Society for Public Administration.
Prior to entering academic profession, Ekong worked with the North Central Texas Council of Government, Arlington, Texas, as economic planner, Greater Dallas Chamber, Dallas, Texas, as business analyst, and Lockheed Martin, Dallas, Texas, as information specialist.
Ekong has served his community via UDA Dallas Chapter, IPU Dallas, and AKISAN Dallas Chapter.

Ndipmong Inyang is an Information Security Specialist with
certifications in Information Security Auditing, Information
Security Management, and Cloud Security. She is a native of Ikot
Esen Ubium in Nsit Ubium Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom
State, Nigeria
Ndipmong is equally an astute entrepreneur, the CEO of Beauty
Courts Ltd, which specializes in importing & exporting beauty
products. She was featured in The Nigerian Guardian Newspaper
2015 in an article titled "Inyang's Big Heart For Wellness and
Charity."
Ndipmong runs a non-profit organization, Kuan Community Development Initiative, which
assists women and disadvantaged families of multiple births, being a mother of triplets herself.
Her foundation offers material supplies and soft loans to these less privileged parents of multiple
birth children.
Ndipmong holds a BSc. in Physics/Electronics from the Cross River State University of
Technology, Nigeria. She was the Overall Best Graduating Student in the Dept Of the Physics
Class of 1997 and the Best 1997 Graduating Student in the School of Applied Sciences at her
university.
Ndipmong did Internship and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programs with
ExxonMobil Nigeria. While with ExxonMobil Nigeria, she worked as an Instrument Technician
and a Maintenance Planner. In addition, Ndipmong completed various courses in Project
Management and Conflict Resolution, which enhanced her work in those areas for two decades
Ndipmong played a significant role in Ubium Development Association (UDA) as the Logistics
Coordinator for Ubium Medical Mission 2017-2019. In addition, she also served in various
committees, which include Ubium Medical Mission Fundraising, Late Arc. Ime Ekpo
Scholarship Board and 2021 UDA Election Committee. She is presently serving as the Project
Director of UDA, USA, and the Vice President of the UDA, USA (Dallas Chapter).
Ndipmong is currently pursuing a master's degree in Cybersecurity Management and Policy from
the University of Maryland Global Campus.

Jane Udoewa is a serial entrepreneur with a love for technology and culture. A native of Houston, Texas, Jane is an independent IT Consultant for D.O.E. subsidiaries across the U.S. implementing Cost and Earned Value Management systems and also working with Electronic Medical Records systems.
She received a B.A. from Baylor University, graduating as the third African American female in Computer Science. She, then continued her studies to complete the University of Houston-Victoria’s inaugural Master’s of Science in Computer Information Systems degree program and became a member of Gamma Beta Phi.
Through her love for technology and culture she founded Culturally Naija, which co-hosts the Nigeria Cultural Parade and Festival, the largest cultural display in Downtown Houston. In addition, she is the Co-Founder of Houston Cultures, an app that encourages people to explore the diversity of Houston. Jane is a community advocate for youth empowerment, civic rights, and volunteers at church, all while serving on the Board for the Baylor Business Network, Texas West African Chamber of Commerce and WeLead International. She is a graduate of the Houston Black Leadership Institute and was featured in Who’s Who Black Houston. Jane formerly served on the board for the City of Houston's Mayor's International Trade & Development Council for Africa (MITDC-Africa) under Mayor Annise Parker.
